Job Title: Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our cardiac laboratory, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.

About the Role:
  • You will assist patients at various service points within the cardiac laboratory, including attending to their enquiries, guiding them on the use of self-help kiosks/moblie services, providing wayfinding to their next service station, and helping to take basic vital measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure.
  • You will also be responsible for retrieving and dispatching documents to relevant departments, and in charge of linen inventory.
  • You will work closely with our team to ensure that all areas of the laboratory are maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
Requirements:
  • At least a primary school education is required for this role.
  • A good team player with a pleasant disposition is essential.
  • You must have documented proof of vaccination/serological evidence for measles (or mumps, measles, and rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity.
  • You must also have diphtheria (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccination taken during the preceding 10 years at the prevailing point of reference as required for all healthcare workers under the healthcare services act.
