The successful candidate will be responsible for updating standard operating procedures as and when required, monitoring and updating changes of freight rates, handling quotations to customers and overseas agents, and providing proper documentation of all quotations and emails.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Sales Support Specialist will support in audit preparation work, coordinate all tenders in a timely manner adhering to deadlines, and propose rating based on the data of tender received.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
