About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer & Network Specialist to join our dynamic Service Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining medical simulation equipment at customer sites.
- Providing timely solutions to technical issues and maintaining accurate records of service requests.
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Sales Teams, and other stakeholders to define hardware, software, and system specifications.
- Conducting network setup, software updates, system reimaging, and repair work as required.
- Delivering installation, integration, documentation, and training to support the operation of hardware and software in various customer network environments.
- Traveling up to 40% throughout the year to customer locations as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in IT, Electronics, or Electromechanical disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in networking and IT skills, particularly in network administration and TCP/IP protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
