Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring the proper installation, commissioning, and maintenance of medical equipment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, and test sterilization and disinfection equipment in Life Science and Healthcare environments.
  • Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations.
  • Implement field service corrective actions and handle administrative work associated with service delivery.
  • Respond to customers' complaints and provide support for corrective maintenance.
  • Meet key KPIs and establish professional working relationships with customers and co-workers.
Requirements
  • I.T.E. and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or equivalent medical device-related educational background.
  • Multiple skills in PLCs', electricity, electronics, and mechanical systems.
  • Work experience with PLC control systems, Siemens, B&R or similar.
  • Over 1 year of hands-on related experience in medical or pharmaceutical equipment, installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays as and when required.
