Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of financial tasks independently, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger (GL) management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AR, AP, and GL functions in accordance with established procedures and guidelines;
  • Process and verify financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and reports, providing timely insights to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure seamless operations;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration or accounting;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment;
