About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic cafe service lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading a team of servers and hosts/hostesses to deliver outstanding customer service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints.

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, kitchen, and back-of-house.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods, such as lunch and dinner services.

  • Contribute to menu development and promotions by providing valuable insights on customer preferences and feedback.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as wine service, menu engineering, and customer relationship management.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales, customer feedback, and employee performance.

  • Support senior management in implementing company initiatives and maintaining operational efficiency.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and respect among colleagues.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
