Project Manager: Structural and Civil Engineering Expert

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead complex structural and civil engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving project objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track project progress and milestones.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or engineering, preferably in structural and civil engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Additional requirements include:

  • IES Accreditation is an advantage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
