Operational Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Operational Management Professional to join our team at Imran's Confectionery PTE. LTD. As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business and ensuring that our organization runs smoothly.
About the Role:
As an Operational Management Professional, your primary responsibility will be to supervise employees and ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently. You will be responsible for planning and organizing work to meet organizational goals and assigning tasks to employees based on their skills and abilities. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to employees as needed and evaluate their performance to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communications: Communicate organizational needs to employees and ensure that they understand their duties and performance expectations.
- Planning and Organizing: Plan and organize work to meet organizational goals. Assign tasks to employees based on their roles and skill levels.
- Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to employees as needed. Help employees settle into their new roles by introducing them to their job and providing clear tasks and responsibilities.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement. Set team objectives, incentives, and rewards for completing those objectives.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the health and safety of all workers under your supervision. Have a full understanding of industry safety standards.
- Scheduling and Reporting: Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests. Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments. Report to your supervisor lead and write reports about any employee issues, downtime, and input data on the computer.
