Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to identify and rectify defects
  • Ensure all work adheres to approved maintenance data, company, authority and customer requirements
  • Conduct aircraft release certification for maintenance and repair according to Company authorization issued by Quality Department
  • Assist in forecasting manpower, spares & equipment needs
  • E nsure staff under your control observes safety precautions and reports unsafe working conditions
  • Assist in investigating incident/accident reports and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain tools & equipment under your control are properly maintained, calibrated and used correctly
  • General supervision and discipline of staff under your charge
Requirements
  • Minimum full-time Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • 36-month training period inclusive of on-the-job training
  • Bonded for the duration of training and 5 years thereafter
