Job Description

As an Infant Educator, you will play a vital role in nurturing and supporting the growth and development of infants in our care. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that fosters learning and exploration.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive, motor, and social-emotional growth in infants.
  • Monitor and record the development and well-being of each infant, providing regular updates to parents or guardians.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that supports infants' learning and play.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers, ensuring open communication about their child's progress and needs.
  • Follow all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines in accordance with local regulations and center policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level or higher, with certifications in Early Childhood Education (Infant Care) preferred.
  • Passionate about working with infants and helping them develop.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of child development and safe infant care practices.
