Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business solutions being implemented are thought through with a strategic view, standardization of processes, design for intelligent operations, and a data-driven operating model with dashboards.
  • Elicit and analyze user requirements from various teams and document end-to-end business process flows, identifying gaps and addressing potential risks.
  • Collate and manage all details regarding applications for assigned business verticals, including information on systems interfacing, data being posted, and application content.
  • Collaborate with Tech BAs and Developers/QA to estimate efforts and coordinate testing, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Partner with stakeholders and tech teams to propose appropriate testing approaches and sign-off criteria, obtaining concurrence from stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Business Analysis/Project Management and/or processing in treasury products (both vanilla and structured derivatives).
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and process/system architecture/data structure design skills.
  • Able to translate user requirements and analysis into technical requirements/process maps and solutions to meet objectives.
  • A self-starter and learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.
  • A natural leader who displays integrity, humility, and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to connect the dots for the bigger picture.
