Job Description

As a Sales Manager at HME Technologies PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share within the oil and gas sector. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Formulating and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.

  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients and stakeholders in the industry.

  3. Building and maintaining robust relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  4. Managing, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

  5. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the oil and gas industry.

  • Proven success in business development.

  • Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, products, services, and market dynamics.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through effective strategy implementation and relationship management.
