Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Benlene Singapore. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the owner in daily administrative tasks
• Bank reconciliation and accounting duties using QuickBooks
• Travel arrangements and scheduling
• Interpersonal skills and customer service
About the Role
This is a part-time position working 3 times a week, approximately 12 hours per month. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and experience with QuickBooks.
