About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Operations Excellence Lead to join our team at ST LUKE'S ELDERCARE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lean training and executing lean/process improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of operational excellence initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable improvements.
• Support project coaching sessions with internal and external stakeholders on lean projects, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct time studies and observations to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement lean implementations, tracking progress and ensuring sustainability through standardization and measure tracking.
• Provide administrative support for the division as needed, undertaking secondary appointments or duties as required.

Requirements:

• A degree in any discipline, complemented by at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in applying Lean/Kaizen or Process Improvement methodologies, with formal qualifications in Lean or Six Sigma being an added advantage.
• Excellent written, communication, and facilitation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A highly motivated individual and a good team player who is an advocate of continuous learning.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $120,000, commensurate with the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
