We are seeking a skilled and organized Operational Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
- Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers: Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues efficiently.
- Operational Records and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to stakeholders on operational performance.
- Track and follow up on orders, deliveries, and project timelines: Ensure timely delivery of orders and projects while monitoring progress.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry systems.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
