We are a well-established M&E Company seeking an experienced Human Resource & Admin Executive to oversee our daily operations.

Job Description
  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless management of personnel and administrative tasks.
  • Manage all work pass applications, including WP, SP, and EP.
  • Arrange for training and courses, such as CSOC and work-at-height certification.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for labor legislation issues.
  • Manage employees' grievances and provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Ensure efficient stock management of uniforms, stationery, and other essential items.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and issue Staff IDs as required.
  • Prepare and dispatch official letters and assist with staff clearance processes.
  • Coordinate employee benefits utilization, including leave and medical benefits.
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with government regulations and experience in handling foreign employee issues.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Detailed-oriented and possessing a firm yet patient demeanor.
  • Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Estimated Salary: SGD 48,000 - 62,000 per annum
