Job Title: Architectural Technologist

As an architectural technologist, you will play a vital role in the creation and delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) Execution Plans. You will work closely with architects and other team members to ensure projects are completed in accordance with BIM guidelines and relevant government regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for managing processes, implementation, best practices, and techniques of BIM and related tools;
  • Create BIM Design Models and Documentation;
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture with minimum 3 years industry experience;
  • At least 3 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience;
  • At least 2-4 completed Revit projects;
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification – Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam.
