Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves conducting regular call reviews and highlighting potential risks to management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing closed sales calls on a daily basis, focusing on quality assurance and customer engagement metrics.
  • They will provide prompt reporting of any potential quality issues detected in calls to Management.
  • The specialist will also prepare, track, and send QA-related reports to senior management and the team.
  • Additionally, they will compile Annual Fee cards and process them accordingly.
  • Another key responsibility is keeping track of QA cases from start to finish and providing updates to management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification of N-Level is required.
  • Candidates with experience in banking or finance, preferably 1-2 years, are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and high focus levels are essential.
