  • Act as the project manager for client post-signing delivery services, ensuring seamless data integration and activation of our product.
  • Communicate with clients to prepare project plans and timelines, organize meetings, and drive project progress.
  • Manage client data integration requirements, collect resources, and collaborate with the product development team.
  • Assist clients in importing accounts and transactions, verifying account balances, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the financial consulting team to deliver financial solutions to clients.
  • Build a product community of satisfied customers, collect feedback, and write customer case studies.
  • Develop action plans and execute on product upsell opportunities, ensuring customer retention and revenue growth.

Competency Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, data implementation, or data development, with a degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent Python development skills, familiar with data development packages like pandas, numpy, and blockchain industry-related data structures.
  • Experience in project management, data integration, digitization, and consulting projects, with the ability to formulate project proposals and plans.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with blockchain industry is a plus.
  • Financial background or related experience, with CPA-related qualification.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with stakeholders.
