Mobile Sales Associate

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of a retail store while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in mobile and electronic devices.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Day-to-Day Operations: The Retail Sales Associate will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store.
  2. Customer Service: Deliver high-quality standards of service to customers, proactively engage and attend to walk-in customers, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  3. Cashiering Duties: Perform cashiering duties, receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Positive Attitude: A professional and cheerful attitude is necessary to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for Mobile Devices: A genuine interest in mobile and electronic devices will be highly advantageous.
  • Skill Set: Strong negotiation, excellent communication, team collaboration, housekeeping, inventory, purchasing, retail sales, inventory management, customer-focused, cashiering, customer service, and pricing skills are required.
