Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to facilitate and plan the suitable construction sequence for structural and architectural projects, taking into account various authorities' requirements and contract specifications.

The ideal candidate will propose cost-effective ERSS processes and coordinate trades during design development and planning stages. Responsibilities include preparing and planning lifting plans, construction sequences, scheduling, and drafting itemized documents.

The selected individual will also coordinate with project teams to develop, plan, and control project work schedules, calculate activity durations, and determine resource requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with 5 years of experience in construction planning and programme coordination in PUB/LTA projects.

A proficiency in Primavera 5/6 is essential, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and MS Project.

Estimated Salary:

The salary for this position is approximately SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
