Job Description:
A highly skilled and motivated individual is required to support the underwriting team in allocating cases efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with case tracking, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and monitoring project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in fair and efficient allocation of cases based on workload and complexity.
  • Support administrative tasks such as monthly audits and case tracking.
  • Communicate case assignments clearly to stakeholders.
  • Help monitor project timelines and progress.
  • Provide timely support to internal and external customers.
  • Suggest improvements based on observed case trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. Recent graduates with internship experience in the financial industry may apply.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting.
