This exciting opportunity is now available for a skilled Senior Bar Operations Manager to join EL DEVELOPMENT (VENTURES) PTE. LTD. in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and charismatic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional beverage experiences.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Singapore.
  • With extensive knowledge of beverage operations and service standards, you can confidently lead and motivate your team to provide top-notch customer experiences.
  • Able to work under pressure, you possess excellent leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
  • You are passionate about quality control, inventory management, and cost control, ensuring that our bar operates efficiently and profitably.
  • Your skills include product knowledge, supervisory skills, inventory management, selling, wine knowledge, team player mentality, customer service, and cocktail preparation.
  • As a senior leader, you understand the importance of creating a dynamic and performant work environment while achieving team member satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

  • Beverage Operations
    • Led by your hands-on approach, the entire service team thrives under your guidance, striving for guests' optimum satisfaction at all times.
    • Develop and train team members to create a dynamic environment, fostering their growth and job satisfaction.
    • Maintain par stocks accurately according to activity and promotions, optimizing sales and profitability.
  • Leadership & Teamwork
    • Effectively communicate with team members through regular daily & weekly briefings on current key activities and targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the restaurant service team and chefs to deliver luxury service in the dining area.
    • Work with the S&M team to organize events professionally and smoothly, maximizing guest engagement.
  • Quality Assurance & Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
    • Analyse the operation's performance and P&L statement monthly, providing insightful comments for management.
