Insurance Claims Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Coordinator to join our team at Regnant Automotive PTE. LTD. in East Singapore.
Roles & Responsibilities- We will attend to customers on motor insurance accident claims reporting, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Liaising with the Motor Claims Department of respective insurance companies for the timely submission of accident reports and all matters relating to motor accident claims is a key responsibility.
- The coordinator will follow-up with customers and insurance companies for payment of Excess on own damage claims and repair costs on third-party claims, maintaining open communication throughout the process.
- Aging reports will be monitored to update management on the status of difficult cases involving loss of use or settlements issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- The coordinator will administer documentation for costs, claims, and vehicle history files, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping.
- All customer issues or complaints reported will be resolved and addressed promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Occasionally, the coordinator may attend to daily intakes of customers' cars for repair and servicing, professionally diagnosing and providing advice for appropriate repairs or technical assistance.
- Other duties as assigned by the After-sales Manager will be performed by the successful candidate.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential for data analysis and record-keeping.
- Invoicing skills are necessary for accurate billing and payment tracking.
- Data Entry expertise ensures seamless documentation and record maintenance.
- SAP knowledge facilitates efficient claims processing and record management.
- Excellent Communication Skills are required for effective interaction with customers and insurance companies.
- Administrative Support is crucial for coordinating tasks and maintaining organization.
- Team Player mentality promotes collaboration and productivity within the team.
- Microsoft Word proficiency enhances document creation and editing.
- Customer Service skills are vital for resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Able To Work Independently showcases self-motivation and discipline in completing tasks.
The estimated salary for this position is SGD 40,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
