About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker and seasoned leader to join our team. As Divisional Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Cultivating a positive work environment through effective leadership and communication
  • Optimizing centre performance through efficient roster management and staff scheduling
  • Enhancing customer experience through effective customer relationship management
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to achieve individual and team goals
  • Evaluating and improving centre operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service and centre operations
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall centre performance

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in both management and the retail industry
  • Proven track record of successfully cultivating and maintaining a positive divisional culture
  • Flexible and available to work on weekends
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach in work, prioritising customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Commitment to compliance and ethical business practices
