Cloud Implementation Expert Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Cloud Implementation Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our IT Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining cloud and hybrid solutions in Microsoft Azure, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS).
  • To support hybrid integrations between on-premise and cloud environments.
  • To perform troubleshooting, patching, and system updates to ensure high availability.
Key Projects & Migrations:
  • To lead small-to-mid scale cloud migration and implementation projects.
  • To prepare system documentation, design runbooks, and ensure smooth handover.
  • To work with vendors to deliver solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
Optimization & Operations:
  • To monitor performance, resolve incidents, and recommend infrastructure optimizations.
  • To ensure compliance with security, DR, and backup requirements.
  • To provide technical input on infrastructure improvements and cost optimization.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3+ years focused on Azure cloud.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of:
  1. Azure VMs, storage, networking, identity (AD/Entra ID).
  2. Hybrid networking (VPN, ExpressRoute, connectivity to on-prem).
  3. Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automation (Terraform, PowerShell, CI/CD).
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, subnetting, Class A/B/C networks).
  • Proven track record in cloud migrations and implementation projects.
  • Experience coordinating and managing vendors.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to AWS or multi-cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, monitoring tools, and security frameworks.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect and Microsoft Azure Administrator have added advantages. Experience in cloud solution architecting and hybrid IT infrastructure management is preferred.
