Job Title: Architectural AssociateDelivering Innovative Architecture Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project implementation, contract administration, and consultant coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement architectural projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide site supervision, contract administration, and consultant coordination services.
  • Manage construction-stage project management, including contractor liaison, site issue resolution, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum four years of architectural experience in Singapore.
  • Strong working knowledge of project implementation, with hands-on experience in site supervision, contract administration, and consultant coordination.
  • Proactive and dependable, with a practical mindset and good communication skills.
  • Familiar with the day-to-day demands of construction-stage project management, including contractor liaison, site issue resolution, and documentation.
  • Works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
