Job Title: Financial Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled financial leader to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our HQ Regional Controllership Team, you will be responsible for leading the rollout of key initiatives and strategic developments across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and guidance of country finance teams within the region on all Finance-related initiatives driven from HQ level.
  • Management of cash flow forecasts and projections to effectively manage cash balances.
  • Development of financial policies and procedures in compliance with group level requirements and local GAAP.
  • Leadership of crucial projects in revenue recognition, process improvement, system implementation and other group level initiatives while managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant full time working experience.
  • Strong team player with experience in leading, developing and growing teams.
  • Passionate in the finance space and loves to challenge the status quo.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment while delivering desired results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with voluminous data management, statistics and research methodology will be a plus.
