Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Nurse to take on a challenging role in a geriatric setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess a valid practicing license issued by the Singapore Nursing Board and relevant certifications such as Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Care: Assist in the administration of medications, perform simple dressings, and monitor vital signs.
  • Supervision: Provide supervision to newly recruited enrolled nurses and junior staff, ensuring they carry out their duties according to standard operating procedures.
  • Residents' Activities: Assist in carrying out daily activities for residents, maintain accurate log-books, and support rehabilitation programs.
  • Resource Management: Assist in managing food costs, cutting waste, and monitoring efficient use of consumables and supplies.
  • Feedback Management: Assist in investigating and resolving feedback and complaints from centres.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A State Enrolled Nurse with a valid practicing license issued by the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • A Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Board Pass (Professional Regulation Council) for foreign-trained candidates.
  • At least 1-2 years of post-registration experience in a geriatric setting.
  • Basic Nursing Competencies.
