  • Design and oversee the implementation of risk and control self-assessment processes, ensuring effective risk management and control.
  • Provide guidance and support to first-line teams to identify and manage operational risks, ensuring a strong risk culture within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends, ensuring our organization remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of technology and retail products in the digital banking space.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Relevant professional qualifications in financial services, such as a degree in Accountancy, Banking, Finance, Business, or Law.
