Main Responsibilities:

  • Estimating project costs with precision, considering raw materials, labor, and other factors to make creative solutions financially viable.
  • Preparing detailed tender documents and evaluating contractor bids to find the best partners for our vision.
  • Monitoring budgets closely, ensuring that projects stay efficient without compromising on quality.
  • Drafting and managing contracts with contractors and suppliers, maintaining clarity, fairness, and future-proofing.
  • Collaborating with our design and project teams, bridging ideas and execution.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in tools like CostX or Buildsoft.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's building regulations and industry standards.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure, especially when stakes are high.
