At 3SI PTE. LTD., we are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Extended Reality (XR) initiatives as Chief Innovation Officer - XR Technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing cutting-edge XR technologies, with expertise in AR, VR, MR, and XR ecosystems.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 250,000 - 300,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development of innovative XR solutions that drive business growth and expansion.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategies, building relationships, and generating revenue.

Foster the company's success and ensure its long-term competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and seeks out other business opportunities to boost revenue and set our company apart.
  • Product Development and Management: Manage product development from concept to market launch, ensuring products are technically innovative, user-friendly, and market relevant.
  • Team Leadership and Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Effectively lead a multidisciplinary team, manage technology partners, project teams, and ensure a productive and creative working atmosphere.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously, coordinate resources, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Market Observation and Innovation: Monitor the market to identify new developments and potential areas of application for XR at an early stage, and enter partnerships that contribute to technological development and market growth.
  • Budgeting and Resource Management: Calculate the return on investment (ROI) of XR projects and justify investments.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage modern learning technologies and platforms to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of training programs.
  • User Experience and Community Engagements: Create positive and engaging user experiences and build a community around a product or service to enhance customer loyalty and feedback.
Requirements
  • XR Expertise: Proven track record in developing and managing XR technologies, with a deep understanding of AR, VR, MR, and XR ecosystems.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on XR and related fields.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience in C-level management roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Government Relations: Established connections with government agencies and a proven ability to navigate regulatory landscapes.
  • Ai and Data Security: Expertise in AI applications and data security best practices, particularly in the context of large-scale projects.
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 15 years of combined experience in technology and management roles.
  • Experience in setting up and managing large-scale XR labs in multiple industries.
  • Experience in enterprise software / SaaS preferred.
  • International experience and/or multicultural skills would be a plus.
  • Experience working on government-funded projects.
