Job Summary

A key objective of this role is to guarantee the quality and accuracy of AI use cases through comprehensive monitoring and analysis. This entails ensuring the precision and reliability of these applications across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 1. Develop, implement, and refine scalable processes for monitoring and enhancing AI accuracy.
    2. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insightful reports on AI performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
    3. Manage and analyze accuracy data to ensure its relevance and quality for performance evaluation purposes.
    4. Identify and implement effective strategies for tracking key metrics related to AI use cases, enabling proactive detection of potential issues and performance trends.

This role also involves generating regular reports on AI accuracy and performance, which should include trend analysis and insights to inform stakeholders and facilitate informed decision-making.

In addition to these primary responsibilities, you will contribute to the preparation of AI test data, focusing on document samples that are representative of real-world scenarios.
