**Job Title:** Artificial Intelligence Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence Leader to join our team. As an AI leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI strategies that drive business growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science. They will be able to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI strategies that drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, classification & recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, and time series
  • Experience with model deployment, canary releases, and implementation on cloud
  • Experience with CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, model and data versioning concepts
  • Experience with automated data pipelines, data labelling, versioning, and exploration
