We are seeking an accomplished and experienced educator to lead our nursery class.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality English language programs that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring they achieve their desired learning outcomes.
  • Assessments and evaluations will be conducted in accordance with established guidelines and rubrics, providing students with timely feedback and progress tracking.
  • Students' marked scripts will be returned promptly, enabling them to track their progress effectively.
  • Accurate records of students' progress will be maintained, and individual needs will be catered for in a timely manner.
  • The educator will play an active role in curriculum development and innovation, staying up-to-date with best practices in teaching methodology.
  • Frequent communication with parents will be facilitated, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on student progress.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in early childhood care and education (DECCE) is required.
  • Certification by ECDA at EY2/L1/L2 category is also mandatory.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position, requiring a 5-day workweek with rotating shifts between 7am-7pm, totaling 44 hours per week.
