Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for facilitating efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue shipping documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor shipment clearance and delivery to ensure timely execution.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound activities meet performance targets.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities with the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through precise records and reporting discrepancies.
  • Carry out housekeeping duties to uphold a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to safety standards to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics or customer service roles is beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of import/export documentation and warehouse operations is desired.
