The Operations Manager - Buildings and Infrastructure will be responsible for preparing and certifying payment of MA fees on a monthly basis, reviewing and processing contractor's claim and payment submitted by MA, and preparing and being responsible for OPEX and CAPEX budget for the assigned sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Convene routine operation meetings involving MA, Security, and other service vendors
  • Assess performance of the term contractors including MA and submit performance assessment report to Directors/Senior Manager/Manager (Cost & Vendor) for endorsement on a quarterly basis

The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Facilities Management / Electrical / Mechanical, 8 years of related experience in operations of critical building facilities infrastructure, and certifications such as FSM (Fire Safety Manager), SCEM (Singapore Certified Energy Manager), WEM (Water Efficiency Manager Certification), and Fire Safety Manager Certification.
