Main Accountabilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing rigorous quality control inspections on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products through sensory evaluation, physical, and analytical tests.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to document and investigate non-conformances, addressing customer complaints and analyzing rejected items (internal and external).
  • Additionally, the QC Analyst will prepare and issue various documents, including Test Data Sheets (TDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA), in response to technical inquiries from within the organization or externally from customers.
  • Maintenance of laboratory equipment and adherence to quality control standards is also a crucial aspect of this role.
  • The selected candidate will be expected to maintain the proper functioning and operation of Quality Control laboratories (Chemical, Sensory, Microbiology, Retain Sample Room) in accordance with ISO 9001, 5S, Lean principles, ISO 14000, and OSHAS 18001 standards and procedures.
  • We are looking for a team player who can provide assistance and support in implementing continuous improvements within QA/QC functions.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on additional tasks as assigned by management when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science and Technology, Cosmetic and Perfumery, Chemistry, or a related field is required.
