Job Overview

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is seeking a Dishroom Attendant to join our culinary team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves assisting in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of dishroom, kitchen, cafeteria and other related areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to hotel specifications and standards in operating the dishwashing machine to wash designated restaurant and kitchen wares, cleaning and maintaining equipment and dishwashing/kitchen/cafeteria/compactor/storage areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils and equipment;
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom, kitchen, cafeteria and other related areas;
• Assist in receiving and storing supplies and materials;
• Perform other special cleaning projects as assigned;

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is also required.

Salary Range

$2500 - $3500 per month (dependent on experience).
