About the Role:
ISOCERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Professional with excellent client relationships skills to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and providing exceptional after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Provide regular reports and updates to the reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status
• Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities to support overall sales & marketing functions
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in B2B sales
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field or equivalent qualification
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset

Employee Benefits:
• Basic Salary: SGD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
• Performance Incentive: subject to meeting sales KPIs
• Handphone allowance and transport reimbursement
• 14 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave

• Working hour: 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 12:30pm (Saturday-Work from Home)
