Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of intercompany transactions, including:

1. Issuance and recording of billing, debit notes, credit notes, and invoices
2. Preparation of journal entries for intercompany related activities
3. Execution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting tasks
4. Monitoring funds from intercompany settlements
5. Computing transfer pricing
6. Attending to ad-hoc queries on intercompany differences
7. Reconciling internal account balances via Intellmatch
8. Performing regulatory reporting
9. Managing local regulatory reporting relating to intercompany transactions (MAS610)
10. Handling GST related matters such as reconciliation of reverse charge, irrecoverable GST, etc.
11. Preparing GST reporting quarterly
12. Completing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in the banking industry, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
