  • Project Management:

    • Collaborate with users and clients to resolve complex system issues through in-depth analysis of business processes and industry standards
    • Support system change processes from requirements to implementation, providing input based on thorough analysis
    • Work closely with business clients to define system functional specifications and offer user and operational support
    • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering the broader business implications of technology adoption
  • Analytical Responsibilities:
    • Understand business priorities, document requirements, and develop solutions in partnership with vendors/internal teams
    • Work closely with vendor and internal systems to ensure trading platforms are up-to-date with the latest offerings
    • Develop test strategies, document test scenarios, and execute test scripts
    • Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts to gather specifics on requirements
    • Liaise with Operations and Front Office staff to ensure all necessary project artefacts are collected
  • Knowledge and Vendor Management Experience:
    • Strong Business Analysis & Project Management experience
    • A solid understanding of Futures and Options products and processes
    • Practical experience in analysis/design/implementation of successful projects in the Futures front office area
    • A good understanding of regulatory obligations for electronic trading
    • Experience in defining/documenting business strategies/requirements
    • A good understanding of the FIX protocol
