Job Title:
Business Development Associate

We seek an exceptional business development professional to collaborate closely with our Chief Operating Officer in crafting, negotiating, and drafting strategic agreements within the construction and HVAC industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the COO in developing and reviewing strategic partnership documents, contracts, and proposals.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts: gather technical, financial, and legal inputs; liaise with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Create comprehensive financial models and risk analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare high-quality presentation materials and briefing notes for executive reviews and client negotiations.
  • Track project milestones, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and monitor partnership performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or project structuring ideally within construction, HVAC, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in assisting or leading negotiations for joint ventures, strategic partnerships, or large-scale contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract law fundamentals and commercial terms.
