About the Role

This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are highly organized, able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within our company.

Job Responsibilities

">
  • Monitor the overall progress of admission cycles, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.

  • Prepare applicant lists for programme director screening and selection, as well as pre-screening of applications, certificates and transcripts.

  • Plan, communicate and prepare for student online admission interviews, as well as prepare and send conditional offer templates and letters.

  • Follow up with students regarding acceptance rates and deposit payments, and ensure that deposits are received and processed correctly.

  • Route confirm final applicant acceptance lists in GCAS for OA documents check and issuance of school official e-offers.

  • Follow up with all necessary OA checks and requests to ensure smooth matriculation for students.

  • Upload outstanding documents into GCAS for OA checking and verification, and ensure that students accept e-offers sent by OA.

  • Reject unsuccessful applications manually via GCAS and compile lists for OA and IT updates.

  • Prepare Google forms or MS Forms for matriculated students to select specialisations and courses before Trimester 1 commences.

  • Setup, compile and tabulate teaching evaluations (SFT) each trimester.

  • Prepare attendance lists for each trimester, as well as form invigilator reports and chief invigilator reports for collection of examination scripts.

  • Invigilate and script check examinations, and collect all scripts and invigilator reports.

  • Plan and prepare logistics for events, both internal and external, and create surveys for students to measure programme wellness and student well-doing.

  • Assist in executing student end-programme events, gifts and follow-up with vendors, as well as support student and alumni engagement initiatives.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including domestic and international events, and prepare event announcements for all communication channels.

  • Tabulate leads collected from events, and plan and prepare PPT decks for outreach, info sessions and orientation.

  • Conduct research on companies for internship placement, analyse and compile data on company profiles, internship programmes and application procedures.

  • Create databases of internship opportunities and contact information, as well as research on prospects and universities.

  • Capture high-quality photos during events, activities or for promotional purposes, and maintain an organised archive of photos for future use.

  • Facilitate and manage extracurricular activities, particularly the SPMS PGC Club, and plan and execute club events, workshops or meetings.

  • Promote participation and engagement among members, and assist with ad-hoc matters as raised.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with a diploma in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communication) and prior experience in administration and training support operations.

">

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, have good communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines, proactive team player who can multi-task and work efficiently.

">

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
