Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Design and develop smart manufacturing and AI solutions in advanced factory scheduling, optimization, and simulation enabling industry leading manufacturing capability.">
  • Develop high quality data analytics and applications providing insights and driving actions for management and manufacturing teams to make informed decisions.">
  • Explore new frontier ideas, concepts, and technology applying them to Micron for breakthrough solutions.">
  • Work with management, departments, and global manufacturing sites to identify optimization opportunities and deliver solutions continuously improving production metrics.">
  • Drive global collaboration, alignment, and benchmarking of scheduling and simulation solutions.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Possess a drive to make a difference and a passion for exploring new frontiers.">
  • Be highly motivated, proactive, with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with people from different culture backgrounds.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach.">
  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent professional work experience.">
  • Programming language: proficient in C#, Python, SQL; experience with Snowflake, Visual studio, Azure DevOps.">
  • Knowledge and experience in optimization and CPLEX strongly preferred.">
  • Knowledge and experience in reinforcement learning preferred.">
  • Direct experience with factory scheduling, simulation, and application development preferred.">
  • Able and willing to travel overseas.">
