Job Title:

Senior Client Onboarding Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with various stakeholders and track client onboarding requirements in partnership with coverage teams.

  • Collaborate with Bankers, Ops, and relevant parties to determine client onboarding requirements
  • Outreach to clients requesting and collecting KYC documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients and internal functions

In addition to these key responsibilities, we're looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services or a related industry.

The Client Onboarding Team serves as the front line unit engaging with clients across business sectors and regions to meet Know Your Client (KYC) requirements in a timely manner. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in a client-facing role within the financial services or a related industry
