Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Lead to join our growing team at Workato PTE LTD. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our Enterprise customers by driving adoption and value realization through the use of our Intelligent Automation Platform.
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, each with unique market size, industry, and complexity. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing, to deliver on ambitious Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship management, or account management roles, with a proven track record of increasing adoption, revenue, and retention. Experience managing a portfolio of Enterprise accounts with ARR ranging from ~$200k to multi-million ARR across Forbes Global 2000 companies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities- Owning a portfolio of assigned Enterprise accounts, with a focus on ensuring value realization through the use of the Workato platform, increasing adoption across various business and functional units, and driving retention and growth.
- Developing a strong command of Workato's unique value propositions, business value, technical capabilities, approach to Enterprise Automation, customer use cases/success stories, and best practices to guide customers on their Enterprise Automation journey.
- Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with Enterprise customers to drive adoption, assess and evangelize value received, and assist in revenue expansion.
- Establishing regular touchpoints with assigned customers to review progress against strategic business and technical product objectives.
- Developing deep understanding of customer businesses, use cases, and desired outcomes to guide them to achieve these via Workato's product and services.
- Creating customer assets, including Joint Success Plans, to be leveraged by sponsors, outlining progress with Workato mapped to customer business initiatives, value, deployment plans, etc.
- Monitoring customers' achievement of desired outcomes and value, consistently telling the story of these to internal stakeholders and externally to key customer stakeholders.
- Serving as expert in deployment models and governance structures, sharing best practices from a business and technical perspective.
- Providing primary point of escalation when customer issues arise and effectively prioritizing/orchestrating resolution of customer requests or issues.
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent education.
- 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship management, or account management roles, with a demonstrated track record of increasing adoption, revenue, and retention.
- Prior experience driving NRR growth within the customer base.
- Track record of successfully navigating ambiguity, building consensus, fostering accountability, and working with urgency to deliver customer outcomes.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders.
- Confidence in serving multiple customer stakeholders and working to build communities of champions/advocates across large organizations.
