Advanced Laboratory Equipment Technician

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Instrument Installation and Validation: You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and validating analytical instruments on-site. This will involve working closely with clients to ensure that their equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: You will perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting tasks for advanced laboratory equipment. This will require a high degree of technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Customer Support and Training: You will provide technical training to laboratory personnel on equipment operation and maintenance. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing responsive technical support via phone, email, and remote channels.
