Design and Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced expert in instructional design and technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning theory, educational technology, and project management.

The role will involve designing and developing online and blended learning solutions for undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as well as managing vendors to ensure rigor and standard of e-learning materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing curriculum design and development plans for BL activities
  • Collaborating with faculty and staff on TEL projects to provide pedagogical input for the design and development of various media
  • Planning and conducting faculty development workshops on curriculum design, development, and delivery of BL and its corresponding tools

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of online learning trends, emerging technologies, and innovative instructional strategies is essential.
