Technical Program Manager: Infrastructure Expertise

Your role involves guiding technology initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives, using advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down complex business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  • Manage budgets for assigned programs/projects, including forecasting and understanding P&L.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive working relationships and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Advanced experience utilizing technical fluency, managing vendor relations, and enabling on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services.
  • Proven track record effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, creating executive summaries and presentations.
  • Strong technical fluency, familiarity with current and relevant infrastructure platforms and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, Certified Scrum Master or other formal project management discipline.
  • Cloud platform knowledge beneficial.
  • Good working knowledge in data analytics/data visualization and/or intelligent automation is an added advantage.
